LONG BEACH, Calif. - Coast Guard members FN Charles Archie (left on boat) and BM2 Rex Balingit (right on boat) sits and talks with the captain and crewmembers of the sailboat "Newport" while MK2 Martin Bowley looks on from the Coast Guard law enforcement boat. The members conduct a boarding in the waters off Newport, Calif., April 30. Members from Station Los Angeles/Long Beach spent the day on these waters with agents from the Los Angeles Drug Enforcement Administration today to conduct safety checks on the returning participants of the Newport to Ensenada Race as they returned from Ensenada.
