SANTA CATALINA ISLAND, Calif. - The Coast Guard Cutter George Cobb, homeported on Terminal Island in San Pedro, Calif., transported the first group of California inmates back to the mainland May 14 after the inmates helped battle the wildfires on the island this past week.
