SAN PEDRO, Calif. — Members of Coast Guard Port Security Unit 311 returned home to California July 1 from a seven-month deployment to Kuwait.  

PSU 311 was stationed at Kuwaiti Naval Base, Kuwait, providing shore-side and marine security for the base in cooperation with the U.S. Navy Maritime Security Squadron One.
