Los Angeles- Crewmembers from the San Pedro-based Coast Guard Cutter George Cobb move in to rescue Rick Saunders from his dingy after it capsized 6 NM Southeast of Angels Gate today. Saunders was spotted by a crewman aboard the George Cobb, which was on a routine patrol in the area. The man was brought aboard the cutter and then medevacked by a Coast Guard Helicopter to Torrance Memorial Hospital where he is being treated for mild hypothermia.
