Coast Guard News Website Revamped to Assist Media

SAN PEDRO, Calif. - Coast Guard Public Affairs Detachment Los Angeles - Long Beach has just completed a revamping of there website, http://www.uscglosangeles.com

In an effort to better serve the various media outlets that help us pass information to the public, we have added multiple new features. Those new features include audio b-roll, background information on the various Los Angeles-area assets, fact sheets, unit lists, and more links to our partner agency's websites within the Coast Guard, ports, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Defense.
